Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
After that, delivery will take:
- 12–20 business days for orders within the United States
- 15–30 business days for international orders (depending on location.
Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?
The prices displayed on our website are in USD and do not include taxes, meaning you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receiving your order.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination. These are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department.
